De acordo com Mendonça, ele se reuniu esta semana com o Presidente da República Jair Bolsonaro e o Ministro da Economia, Paulo Guedes para preparar o certame. “Nós vamos ter o maior efetivo da história da Polícia Federal, justamente para o combate da criminalidade organizada”, afirma.
A PF solicitou ao Ministério da Economia 1.508 vagas, sendo que, destas, 1.000 são destinadas à cargos policiais, enquanto as outras 508 são para cargos administrativos. Contudo, com a declaração do Ministro da Justiça, o quantitativo será maior, mas ainda não foi definido. Confira a distribuição do pedido:
