Segundo SSP, a prisão de Diego aconteceu a rua Codajás, no beco São Vicente, bairro Petrópolis, após o recebimento de denúncia anônima nesta quarta-feira. Com ele, os agentes encontraram drogas que estavam escondidas no telhado da casa.
Diego comercializava drogas e intimidava moradores do bairro com uma tatuagem de arma na cintura. — Ele estava fazendo a comercialização ilegal de entorpecentes no beco onde ocorreu a prisão e também intimidava a vizinhança com o desenho de uma arma que tem tatuado no abdômen que simula uma arma de verdade — disse o secretário executivo-adjunto de Operações Integradas, Orlando Amaral
De acordo com Amaral, Diego estava foragido desde o dia 8 de julho deste ano, quando teve saída do regime semiaberto e não retornou mais a unidade prisional.
Após ser preso, o foragido foi encaminhado ao 3° Distrito Integrado de Polícia (DIP), onde foi registrado o flagrante. Ele voltará para o Compaj, para o cumprimento da pena.
