A mãe relatou que os abvs0s com o pai, de 33 anos, iniciaram após a menina completar cinco anos de idade. Segundo ela, ocorriam justamente quando ela precisava trabalhar aos finais de semana e o pai ficava com a vítima e os outros filhos em casa. “Durante muito tempo trabalhei em shopping e por isso o pai ficava cuidando das crianças aos finais de semana. Já com o avô, de 78 anos, pai da mãe da criança, o crime ocorreu há cerca de dois anos e praticava sempre que ia buscá-la na escola. Após o caso vir à tona pela própria menina, o pai da criança fugiu depois da denúncia. Até o momento, não foi localizado. O idoso prestou depoimento e negou os abvs0s. A polícia emitiu uma medida protetiva para a criança para que o avô e o pai não se aproximem da menina.
“Assim que descobri corri com ela para a delegacia e prestei queixa contra o pai dela e o avô. Mesmo com provas e exames que comprovam o abvs0, por telefone o pai dela me chamou de louca, dizia que não tinha feito nada e antes que eu voltasse da delegacia ele já havia fugido. Foi embora levando só a roupa do corpo e a habilitação. Foi muito chocante e doloroso descobrir isso, porque eram duas pessoas que eu confiava e que nunca desconfiei que pudessem fazer algo assim”, disse a mãe.
